Loyal Lady Donna Cook, the 29th Georgia State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler, was born an only child the 1st day of December 1964 in Macon, GA. Raised in Atlanta, GA., she attended Walter F. George High School and then on to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

With over 20 years of Masonic experience, Loyal Lady Cook is a Past Matron in Capitol Star Chapter No. 148, Prince Hall Order of the Eastern Star located in Atlanta, GA. She currently serves as a District Officer for the Atlanta Masonic District No. 3~West.

She also holds memberships in the following York Rite Bodies: Elizabeth Court, UD, Heroines of Jericho; Geraldine McKiney Court No. 1, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection (Honorary Grand Royal Perfect Matron); and Thelma L. Ingram No. 5, Cyrene Crusaders.

As an Honorary Past Commandress of Nabbar Court No. 123, a subordinate Court of the Imperial Court of Daughters, she has chaired and served on various committees, as well as acted as Captain of the Mounted Patrol Unit.

Loyal Lady Cook joined The Order of the Golden Circle August 15, 2009 and became the Loyal Lady Ruler of Annie B. Gibbons Assembly No. 367A in the Valley of Newnan in 2014. She began her journey as a State Grand Officer in 2016.
Loyal Lady Cook works in the Leasing Department as a Regional Leasing Assistant for Brookfield Properties Retail, a super-regional mall owner/developer.

Loyal Lady Cook is a member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church in Decatur Georgia. She is the wife of Sublime Prince Patrick R. Cook of Atlanta Consistory No. 24A. Together they have 5 children and 4 grandchildren.
